- Refunds will be processed for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
1.2 Refund Process
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team at dokidokicurves@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage.
- Once the evidence is reviewed and validated, you will be offered the option of a refund.
1.3 Refund Timeframe
- Refunds may take 14 business days to process, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
2. Damaged Products
2.1 Photographic Evidence
For refunds related to damaged products, photographic evidence of the damage is required. Please send clear and detailed photos of the damaged item, along with your order number, to dokidokicurves@gmail.com.
2.2 Refund or Replacement
Once the photographic evidence is reviewed and validated, you will be offered the option of a refund or a replacement for the damaged item.
3. All Sales Are Final
- Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products beyond those that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
